The Federleicht 27.5er Carbon Factory MTB is our modern, extremely light bike for kids who train hard and always want to race for victory. The compact geometry with low bottom bracket follows the 29er idea and allows early (already around 130cm height) to experience the advantage of 27,5" big wheels. .
The bike is built on our extremely lightweight monocoque carbon frame. The frame weighs only 795g raw and of course meets all EN standards. The geometry is largely the same as the 27.5 aluminum, but the steering angle was reduced to 68 ° to further increase the downhill performance. Internally routed cables and the possibility to install a dropper seatpost underline that the bike is built for demanding race tracks.
As usual with Federleicht, numerous components are manufactured in Austria. The Federleicht crank is not only extremely light but also uniquely ergonomic with its low Q-factor. The noble workmanship and robustness speak for themselves. The very light Federleicht wheelsets - no matter if Aluminum or Carbon - are built in Austria as carefully as the wheelsets of world champion Daniel Federspiel.

The used components are simply top class without exception.
Hinweis:The Federleicht 27,5er Carbon is a category 3 bike according to the international standard ASTM F2043-13. Bikes of this category can be used in rough and unpaved terrain as well as for sporadic jumps with a maximum height of approx. 60 cm. However, even jumps of this height can cause significantly increased forces on the bike due to unclean landings or even falls, which can lead to damage to the bike and injury to the rider. The Federleicht Bike 27,5er Carbon is designed for riders up to 50 kilograms.
