The Federleicht 26er MTB is a modern, very light bike for cycling enthusiastic children. The compact geometry with a deep bottom bracket follows the 29er idea and allows you to experience the advantage of 26" wheels, suspension fork and disc brakes at an early stage (already around 120cm body height).

The equipment is the finest: Federleicht Carbon fork, lightweight crank set with Shimano XTR SM-BB93 bottom bracket, SRAM GX 11-speed drive, Magura MT4 brakes and numerous KCNC parts create a 7,86kg light race bike in a class of its own!

The robust 2-layer powder coating guarantees a permanently brilliant appearance.

Frame

Light and sturdy aluminum frame manufactured to our specifications in the EU - it offers our unique compact Ready 2 Race geometry with deep front and details that immediately catch the eye: polished welds, PM brake mount, X12 thru axle and an extremely durable powder coating - also in individual colours!

Crankset

Lightest children's crank in the world developed by us and CNC manufactured in Austria; 140mm length ideally adapted to the size of the riders; lowest Q-factor; exchangeable Narrow Wide chainring and XTR bottom bracket standard

Wheelset

Durable wheelset with a weight of 1,340g, which is considerably lighter than the usual "light" wheelsets on the market; built by hand in Austria as carefully as the wheels of world champion Daniel Federspiel.

Saddle

The Selle Italia SLR Kit Carbonio is our standard saddle for lightweight bikes. Sufficiently comfortable and very durable.

Suspension fork

The Fox 32 Performance can be ideally adjusted to low rider weights by removing the Volumespacer. On request Fox Factory Tuning!

Drive

The SRAM 1x11 drive with 10/42 cassette in combination with the 28Z Narrow/Wide chainring is the ideal configuration - lightweight, high transmission bandwidth and narrow gradation.

Components

The used components are usually to be found from the upper class on adult bikes - Fox suspension fork 32 Performance, Magura MT4 brakes, Shimano XTR bottom bracket, KCNC lightweight components, Selle Italia saddle with carbon rails.kes zu finden – Magura Federgabel TS8R und Bremse MT4, Shimano XTR Innenlager, KCNC Leichtbaukomponenten, Selle Italia Sattel mit Carbonrails.

Hinweis:The Federleicht 26er is a category 3 bike according to the international standard ASTM F2043-13. Bikes of this category can be used in rough and unpaved terrain as well as for sporadic jumps with a maximum height of approx. 60 cm. However, even jumps of this height can cause significantly increased forces on the bike due to unclean landings or even falls, which can lead to damage to the bike and injury to the rider. The Federleicht Bike 26er is designed for a riders weight up to 50kg.
